Check out this great video I found on YouTube of Tiger Woods in a relaxed mood playing for fun and challenging unsuspecting golfers to a nearest the pin competition - winner takes home a Buick Rainier!
It seems so real but then one of the ‘camera’ men runs right through the screen and the golfers at […]

No I’m not talking about the Big Top and CoCo The Clown, but instead the LPGA, Ladies European Tour and The Ladies Golf Union.

You can imagine despite days of practice, the realisation that this shot is for real and counts, must make even the most confident pro nervous. It’s a whole different ball game […]

I’m often asked what are the best places to wine and dine in St Andrews, especially by golfers visiting just for the weekend. Here are a few of my thoughts (prices correct as of April 2007)
The Rusacks Hotel - Their restaurant has fantastic views over the legendary 18th green of the Old Course. They […]

Though this blog is my vehicle to discuss golf related topics I feel it only appropriate to say a few words about a writer that transcended his specialist subjects of cricket and golf and wrote so […]
